The hotel is exalently maintained and clean, this goes for the individual rooms as well as the common areas, breakfast area and pool/hottub/sauna. The surrounding grounds are also clean and well kept. There are a lot of rooms however the individual units allow for privacy. The rooms where exeptionally clean, furniture and electronics functional, up to date and in excellent working condition. We had a nice view over the woods and hills from our balcony. The guests seem to be from all walks of life. Hotel staff was exeptionally friendly and helpful to everyone. This is a very compfortable home away from home. And the price is extremely affordable.

Location
The hotel is located just a little over a block away from the strip in a quiet sidestreet which keeps it away from the noise and activity but very central. If one choose to leave the car parked for the entire visit one could easiely walk to most locations on the strip and burn the calories from all the good food that way. Tickets to all major attractions can be obtained at sometimes discounted prices and delivered at the lobby. Very convenient and time saving!! Major shopping locations can also be reached on foot or by car from here within minutes.

Branson Ziplines!!! Probably the most fun I ever had on any vacation! If you value fine spirits take the time to find Copper Run Distillery in the neighboring woods 11 miles outside of Branson- Moonshine, Rum, Vodka and sometimes Wiskey is offered there superior to most I have sampled. If you are thinking about getting married in the area we got married at the Treetop Chapel around a few fields from the distillery. I could not think of a more peaceful location. They are on the web.
